Hi Youth, Parents and Leaders,
In preparation for the 11th December we need to tend to the graves of those Cubs who passed away, ie, give them a wash down, scrub if necessary, pull out any weeds. Parents if you have maybe a lawn more that you can bring along with you that would be great, though due to scouting policy you have to use it as the youth are not allowed. 

We will need to have help at both cemeteries, so we can go from one to the other if necessary, starting at the smaller one which is the one nearest the hall. Where there are 4 Graves. 

Everyone will need-

• Hat
• Sunscreen
• Sunsafe shirt (ie one with a collar) youth can wear the scout shirts if they would like. (as this also does come under their badgework of Their Service, Our Heritage).
• A Drink bottle to keep hydrated , as its predicted to be 33 with a 25% chance of rain in the morning and arvo. 
• Enclosed shoes long socks or long pants might help incase of things that might like to make you itchy.
• Rakes to rake up any cuttings, and bags to put them into.
• BYO Lunch.

From there we will proceed over to the other cemetery in south to do the same over there.
